TI-SM

Ecosystem

Seed

TI-SM is the systems laboratory and venture pipeline of Haegg Haegg Group. Two components, one trajectory: experimentation to production.

TISM Labs is the experimental playground — building robots, prototyping hardware, exploring what's technically possible without immediate commercial pressure. Not research for publication. Research for building. The freedom to tinker, fail, iterate, and occasionally stumble into something that demands to exist. Jet engines, automation rigs, physical computing, whatever catches fire. The output isn't papers — it's prototypes.

The second component is the venture pipeline. TISM Accelerator gathers the smartest people in the room — engineers, designers, artists, operators — and sees what happens. No thesis, no pitch deck requirement. Just collision and emergence. When something concrete forms, it moves to TISM Valley: the investment arm where Haegg Haegg backs the idea, provides capital and guidance, and helps it become a standalone company.

The final stage is TISM Industries — manufacturing at scale. The long-term vision is a compound: hangars, fabrication equipment, the physical infrastructure to produce what the ecosystem designs. Most holding companies stop at investment. TI-SM extends to production. Design it, fund it, build it, ship it.

This is big vision, long-term. The pieces assemble over years, not quarters. But the architecture is intentional: a complete pipeline from tinkering to manufacturing, from idea to object, from prototype to product. The cultural ventures of HHG create worlds. TI-SM builds the infrastructure those worlds run on.

Currently in formation. The labs tinker. The pipeline takes shape.
